DESCRIPTION:“Passengers & Pioneers” created by Sam Slatcher of Citizen Songwriters along with award winning Northeast poets\, celebrates the birth of the Stockton & Darlington Railway and what it means to us today as it approaches its 200th anniversary. The album incorporates stories of passengers travelling today and archive history from the first journey in 1825. \nThe show will run twice on Friday 14th March – once at 12 noon and again at 7:30pm.  Both performances are free of charge but tickets must be booked via EventBrite.  Both showings will be in the Lecture Theatre on the ground floor.  Bookings to guarantee a place via the link will close on Wednesday 12th but drop in attendees are very welcome on the day!
