Accessibility
The Common Room, including our café bar 5|Quarter, is fully accessible for individuals using wheelchairs and pushchairs. Access to the building is available from street level through our main double door entrance on Orchard Street. Upon entering the main building, visitors will find the ground floor accessible via a small platform lift, which is freely available for wheelchair, pushchair, and limited mobility access. Additionally, accessible toilets are conveniently located on both the ground floor and Wood Hall levels.
In our café bar and Reading Room, we offer tables at a variety of heights to accommodate all customers comfortably. Furthermore, all assistance dogs are warmly welcomed throughout the building.
