How do we get to you?
We are located right in the middle of the city, a 3 minute walk to Newcastle Central Station with connections to most major UK cities, there is also a local metro system and plenty of buses running from here too. There is a taxi rank just outside the building, and lots of parking options nearby.
Are there places to stay nearby?
We have a variety of hotels within walking distance. There are many restaurants and bars nearby too, including our very own Cafe Bar onsite.
Do you offer catering for my event?
Yes we do, our chefs work hard to create delicious menus including breakfast buffets, working lunches and sit down dining options. We are incredibly flexible if you’re looking for something a bit different.
What else can I find nearby?
Newcastle is a beautiful city, where you will find everything you need within walking distance; not to mention that famously friendly Geordie welcome!
Do you have AV and Production available?
We certainly do, all of our rooms are kitted out with top of the range facilities including screens and PA systems. We can also offer high quality live streaming services should you choose to host part of your event virtually.
We work with local suppliers for something a little more bespoke and would be happy to discuss this with you.
Are you changing the way you run events given the current COVID-19 pandemic?
Your safety is paramount, we are continually monitoring and referring to government guidelines whilst we plan our opening. We assure you that everything will be done to ensure the safety of your guests, please do ask any questions you may have.
We will also offer a high quality live streaming service for guests who cannot attend, making sure all attendees have a fantastic experience whether they are in the building, or at home.
