Agreement between 1. John Hall of Bryans Leap [Brains Lope]overman and Thomas and Robert Linn, smiths and 2. Dame Jane Clavering of Newcastle, widow, that Hall and others should surrender their old lease of property at Busty Bank, Bryans Leap, which they held from Ralph Robinson, gent, now deceased, and take a new lease of the property from Dame Jane Clavering the new owner, reciting the terms of the old lease, and reserving the mineral rights and wayleaves in the new lease
