## 1941-42
Thomas Rossiter Ridpath worked as an agent for Priestman Colleries Ltd between 1919 and 1947 at a number of different collieries. These included Blaydon Burn, Garesfield, Axwell Park, Watergate and Chester South Moor.
Ridpath was the President of the North of England Institute of Mining and Mechanical Engineers between 1941 and 1942. He first became a member as a student in 1901.
